Issue with Bazaar 2.2 on Windows

For each command I give, I get the message:

Unable to load plugin u'rebase'. It requested API version (2, 1, 0) of 
module <module 'bzrlib' from 
'C:\PrgCmdLine\Bazaar\lib\library.zip\bzrlib\__init__.pyo'> but the 
minimum exported version is (2, 2, 0), and the maximum is (2, 2, 0)

Since I don't place to use rebase anytime soon, I just removed the 
rebase plugin, but I thought I had to report the issue.

With the Windows installer I got on Launchpad.
