I agree it's time. Do you already have a script to poke the Launchpad
API to do the copies? If not, I was thinking of writing one - if I do,
I'd like to be the one to do the copies, as an opportunity to test the
script.

When the copies are done, remember to delete bzr-rebase from the
destination ppa first (as it will be being replaced with bzr-rewrite).

I've deleted loggerhead/hardy for now. We can reupload *if* we decide to
backport it properly.
