Proposal to delete intrepid, gutsy, feisty, edgy packages from ~bzr/ppa

Thanks. ~bzr/ppa intrepid and dapper packages tidied into it.

Should we also have an obsolete ppa under ~bzr-beta-ppa? The few
obsolete series things there are:

 * intrepid: qbzr & bzr-explorer
 * dapper: configobj
