bzr-tfs

Hello,

I have recently been attempting to get the bzr-tfs plugin running on my
installation of bzr 2.1.1 (Windows 7), but am running into some issues.
Having copied the 'tfs' directory into C:\Program Files\Bazaar\plugins,
its still failing to load. (I also downloaded and setup the python-ntlm
package.) The error is the following:

No module named ntlm
Unable to load plugin u'tfs' from u'C:/Program Files/Bazaar/plugins'

As far as I can see, there are no real instructions on getting bzr-tfs
set up. Could anyone perhaps provide me some advice here on how to get
things running with TFS? Thanks.
