bzr 2.2 has gone gold

Hi Martin,

I'd like to get your attention to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/585667

It's still is not fixed and new docs for 2.2 still incomplete re 
commands list:

I'm vaguely recall discussion about this problem and it seems solution 
have been blocked (by Robert?).

I think it's time to get it working at least somehow, don't wait for 
ideal solution.
