Well, 2.1 is stable enough and you can just install Bazaar on one computer in admin mode, 
zip up the created directory (as a zip or a self-extracting archive, most archivers can do 
both) and then distribute these files.
No need to wait for an official release.
Note: unzipping the folder is enough if you don't plan to use TortoizeBzr, the latter need 
to register the DLL.
You might need also to set the BZR_HOME environment variable.

PS.: strange thread title... ;-) Most mailing lists suggest to avoid using Reply on a 
random message to start a thread, as it breaks message threading. Good e-mail clients 
allow to right-click on an address and create a message to this address... :-)
