Do you know why this is requested? Is it just to install without admin
privileges? If so, you could probably just copy the Bazaar directory.
However, we also can build a 'non-admin' self-extracting executable. We
used to have it, but it hasn't been created since one of the 2.0 series,
IIRC.
If it is to save space, then that will conflict a lot with wanting QBzr,
because QT libs are probably the bulk of the content.
