Bazaar 2.1.1 and launchpad

Hello!

I have a local branch of a project hosted at Launchpad.

I want to update my code from Launchpad repository. For this purpose, I
enter the command

bzr merge lp:myproject

and the the error message

bzr: ERROR: Unable to connect to SSH host bazaar.launchpad.net; (10061,
'Connect
ion refused')

What am I doing wrong?
