Hi all-

We slipped a little bit getting the 2.2b4 release out, but I just wanted
to give everyone a heads up that I'll be releasing Trunk this Friday.

As a note, we decided that 2.2b4 will be a feature freeze vs the 2.2rc1
and 2.2.0 final, to give plugins a time to API stabilize before the rc1.
Also, this is the time where we would like plugins to define their
stable series, so that we can update installers and make it easier for
future updates.
