No.  While trying to reproduce the failures mentioned in these emails,
I hit the one in the bug report.  This problem started off by telling
us that our branch diverged from the mainline.  When I set aro =
False, it then complained that a "revision was added incorrectly"
versus "unexpected revision id" in the bug report.  I wouldn't be
surprised if the root cause is the same though.
