hmm... (f)inish and (q)uit don't really explain what they do...
Quitting cancels the shelve, while finish shelves the rest of the changes.
Why does finish shelve the rest of the changes, when the default option 
is N?

I'm having a gander at using Ground Control to make and submit 
changes... Anybody used it for contributing to Bazaar?
I can't seem to find the bzr.dev branch...
