Wrong .sig for 2.2b3 tarball

It looks as though the wrong .sig file got uploaded for the 2.2b3
tarball.

Specifically, on https://launchpad.net/bzr/+download, The "sig"
link corresponding to bzr-2.2b3.tar.gz actually points to
http://launchpad.net/bzr/2.2/2.2b3/+download/bzr-2.1.2.tar.gz.sig
(which has the right directory name but the wrong file name).  As
one might expect, GPG calls it a "BAD signature".
