Sprint summary/impressions?

Tangentially, here's an interesting post on the overall structure and
evolution of UDS, the event of which we were a part:

The particular point that resonates with me in bzr sprints is that
it's bad to spend all your sprint time doing plans or specs if that
means you produce more than you can do before you next meet or before
the situation changes.  We don't do that anymore.
