releases tomorrow

As discussed on IRC, I'd like
<https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~spiv/bzr/no-sigwinch-583941/+merge/26118> to
be included, to fix the EINTR errors people are sometimes encountering.  I think
this patch is ready, but then it's not the first time I've thought that :/
