Bazaar Explorer terminates with Segmentation Fault

I had sort of assumed that I could make a report, get a number and then
use apport-collect to post all details against the bug, but that is
clearly not how apport works.  I have put an strace and a "bzr plugin"
report up manually, let me know what other details are useful.  Also if
you need me to try some experiments, send me the recipes and I'll post
results.
