FYI: not completely fixed.  With bzr.dev r5250:
    bzr info bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~nimrod-devs/nimrod/trunk

still says:
    Standalone branch (format: unnamed)

(But http://... still reports "pack-0.92", so no regression at least.)
