Oooo.... now that is an hideous hack ;-)
(And thanks to Max for proposing the same thing. I have to admit I
didn't think of it.)
This does raise a question though. I am sure the answer is buried in
mail archives, but I am going to ask it again anyway.
Why has bzr-rebase been renamed bzr-rewrite but only for the Bazaar
branch not for the Ubuntu package. As far as I can tell bzr-rewrite
provides no more or less than bzr-rebase, it is just bug fixed in
comparison. All the help associated with the package only covers the
rebase activity. So from a naïve bzr.dev / plugin branch branch
perspective there is one plugin that is being exposed via two packages
leading to name /version conflicts.
I am clearly missing something, but it is not clear what.
