Prompted by Jelmer's nudge, I now have myself set up so that package
provided and Bazaar branch provided versions of everything are suitably
"sandboxed".  So I should not now get any of the hassles surrounding the
bzr version / plugin version that prompted my earlier moan.

Now all I have to do is find out how to use pipeline and loom
properly . . .
