Bzrlib updates of last evening appear to have created a bug in bzr-svn

I have reported
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bzr/+bug/579140, I just wanted
to point out that last night's changes to bzrlib appear to have broken
bzr-svn so that it always fails for any update of a Bazaar checkout of a
Subversion repository branch.
I appreciate this is a consequence of using bzr.dev so there is no
criticism of any sort implied -- it is just something that will happen
from time to time. I wonder though if this indicates a need for some
sort of continuous integration test for all the core plugins so that
there is place where people can go to check whether this is a local
problem or a global problem?
