bazaar keeps popping up with msg.

Hi,

 

I recently started using bazaar with the play-framework. Every time I try to send attachments

through my email system, bazaars pops up every 2 seconds with messages that it wants to access the internet 

outside protection mode. I'm using windows vista.  Why does bazaar keeps doing this and how do I disable?

I don't want to uninstall it and install another Vision control if this can be done.
