[ANN] scmproj 0.6.1 released

I'd like to announce new release of bzr-scmproj plugin of version 0.6.1 codenamed "Мир, Труд, Май".
This release further improves support of project v2.

Most notable changes:

* Now you can init new project with `project-init` in the existing branch.
* New command `project-add` (inspired by externals-add ;-) helps to add new components and 
subprojects to your project quickly and simply without need to manually edit project.cfg.
* New command `project-branch` helps to change origin of the component and therefore simplify 
[long-lived] feature branches workflow.
