Another bzr-externals failure. Any ideas about this?

Ouch! It seems your repository is corrupted. Please, file a bug against bzr.
I hope John or Robert can comment on this.

This is separate issue. I thought it was fixed recently, apparently it's either not fixed yet or 
there is regression re windows support. Please, file a bug against bzr itself!

Sorry for asking you filing so many bug reports. I hope this all can be sorted soon.
Usually bzr works without so many problems. I smell regression in recent versions.
