Weird status after switching a lightweight checkout's branch

This seems like a major bug. I'm getting it all the time as I switch
branches. It has to be a bug because I'm not doing anything with the
root. I just run bzr revert and then it seems I can continue working but
it's a little bit worrying and makes me feel like something bad could
happen....
