Ha! Yes, just realised something like this looking at the log. The
first time I tried to push it either got stuck or was taking ages, so
I interrupted (and got a traceback on the console from inside the
traceback generation code, so it perhaps arrived twice). The log is
cut off there, but comparing that to the later two, there's an obvious
difference:
    14.922  fetch up to rev
{gzlist at googlemail.com-20100413220759-3rrae7cj0kf0lr7x}
vs.
    8.640  fetch up to rev {None}

I'll try deleting the branch via the webinterface and pushing again as
you suggest.
