reverse cherry picking + merge docs

Yes, that's the one I was looking at.
I hadn't thought to look at the revert docs.
Also, the "Undoing mistakes" chapter of the user's guide makes no 
mention of reverse cherry-picks.
Will try to add a bit to the docs this week.
