Externals plugin 1.3rc1 available for testing

Hi,

I have implemented support for snapshot of external branches and new
``externals-add`` command for addition of existing or remote branches. Also
command support commit for work with external branches is added. For more
info see ``bzr help externals``.

If you're already using this plugin I'd like to ask you test new behavior.
The code available as

bzr branch lp:bzr-externals externals
