(Europython being the 9th-24th of July, with sprints on the last two days.)

There's likely to be a Launchpad sprint in Europe in July, at which we
will have a Bazaar sprint.  The dates and location are not yet
finalized.  If they're compatible it would be good to go to Europython
too.
