'module' object has no attribute 'SIGWINCH' error on Bazaar-2.1.0-2 for OSX snow leopard

For other subscribers' reference, this was resolved on IRC. Turns out an
old MacPorts Python 2.4.6 was being used; really using 2.6.1 fixed the
problem.

Nonetheless, I filed <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr/+bug/535015>
about checking for SIGWINCH support more carefully.
