Launchpad for bazaar code hosting

Hi All,

I just pushed a launchpad branch that should help making it easy for
people to deploy their own version of launchpad. It took me a while
before being able to understand how launchpad actually works. So this
is just an initial try. Hopefully, I will be able to continue on this,
and maybe push the changes upstream.

There is still some work, for example all the graphics needs to be
replaced since they are not licensed under the AGPL, if anyone would
be interested in helping out, please step in.
