[ANN] TortoiseBZR 0.5.3 Released

I've released TBZR 0.5.3.

Bzr-explorer changes argument of cmd_explorer so TBZR 0.5.2 can't invoke it.
So I hope next bzr windows package contains Explorer 1.0.0 with TBZR
0.5.3 (or later).
