bzr-git + dulwich - done for karmic
bzr-rewrite (rebase) - done for karmic. But it was bzr-rewrite, but it 
is now bzr-rebase in debian, so I have gone with the name from debian. I 
guess there is something I should put in the control file to indicate this.


loggerhead - not done. To be honest I've run out of steam for this. 
Hopefully Martin Albisetti won't mind if I leave this to him.
