I've uploaded bzr-gtk 0.98.0 (hanks to Vincent for putting out the 
release) to the beta ppa, but there is a very long build queue today.[1] 
The builds are expected to be done in 6 hrs from now.

Still to do:
bzr-git + dulwich
bzr-rewrite (rebase)
loggerhead
