Problem with Launchpad

Well, 513927 was reported by Aaron Bentley, one of the longest-serving
bzr contributors and definitely a usual suspect.

It was filed 21 hours ago as I write this, which means it was filed at
8pm at night last night, my local time zone. So I was eating, and as
there is a sprint for some of us, so were John and Martin. It was
categorised as a launchpad issue initially (and it looks like an IRC
problem report), moved to loggerhead at that point. 

From the look of it Aaron had no idea that it was a pervasive problem
affecting all branches, and thus had no reason to escalate it to be
immediately dealt with as a critical issue.

As it wasn't raised as a critical issue, none of us treated it as such
(and as most of us are sprinting we're only interrupting the valuable
sprint time for critical issues).

All in all I don't see any reason to think that the filer of the bug had
anything to do with how it was treated.
