Stacked branches

Well the bug report doesn't really describe a fix. It just says don't use
stacked branches use normal branches and don't get any of the features of
stacked branches.

If there is absolutely not effort in fixing this problem any time soon wouldn't
it be wise to remove the chapter "stacked branches" form the documentation.

Removing everything stacking feature from command line interface so that users
can't use it if it doesn't work at all is difficult and a whole lot of
individual changes to do. But the least thing to is add a big fat line to the
"stacked branches" chapter that this features isn't working at the moment.

At least I don't see what part of stacked branches is working. The
documentation says:
"Stacked branches store just the unique revisions ..."
If there is no way to do commits to the stacked branch (not the stacked-on
location) how can I create unique revisions?
