I want to clean up the Initialisation stuff so that workspace models
have parameters (as Al requires) and the colocated branch stuff is
compatible with Neil's plugin. Time permitting, I also want to land
Simon's work on extensible context menus.

Alternatively, I may release a version in the next 24 hours called 0.11
and release 1.0beta next week.
