2.0.4 and 2.1.0rc1 coming out in 3 days

Just reminding everyone that I'm planning on cutting 2.1.0rc1 and 2.0.4
this Thursday (2009-01-21). I'd like to get updates if anyone has
plugins that they want in the Windows installers, or if anyone has
something urgent for the 2.1 release.

Remember that this is basically 'feature freeze' for the 2.1 series.
