Bazaar Explorer and PPA

[Russel Winder]

I just tried installing Bazaar Explorer on Karmic from the Bazaar PPA
and it is not working correctly since the QBzr required by Bazaar
Explorer is 0.17 but only QBzr 0.14 is on the PPA.
