Is this a bug in Dulwich, bzr-git or bzr? (or my set up. . . )

Both should be fine. They should have the same contents. When I push new
revisions of Dulwich I always push them to a git repository and to a bzr
branch. The git repository then gets imported back to bzr, and that's
what is in ~vcs-imports/dulwich/trunk.
