Is this a bug in Dulwich, bzr-git or bzr? (or my set up. . . )

Actually, looking more closely it seems like it should already be giving
you a different error in case the version of Dulwich is too old. So I
suspect your local installation is broken somehow. Does "python -c
'import dulwich'" work without problems?
