Though I am grateful for your answer, I'm not even a bit closer to
understanding exactly what you Bazaar developers consider a
"heavyweight checkout", a "bound branch", and their differences. (It's
not that I don't know what you're talking about; but all the nuances
get lost because there's no place to learn them, other than apparently
being quite familiar with the code).
