Forward to qbzr-eclipse update site no longer works

This redirect direct does not seem to work anymore. Can you let me know
when you have fixed it as I am getting bug reports by users about this...

The redirect should go from
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/3rd-party/qbzr-eclipse to
http://qbzreclipse.tribalo.com.ar/
