"Broken" links

[Russel Winder]

Trying to upgrade my Eclipse I find that:

http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/3rd-party/qbzr-eclipse
http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/3rd-party/bzr-eclipse

are now no longer valid URLs.

If the new Bazaar website regime isn't going to support these URLs  then
perhaps there should be some aid to plugin writers for correcting the
pages on the website
