Memory issues on 2.1.0b4-2 standalone installer

Is it really important to have a 64 bit build for windows?  I have not
seen these problems but honestly don't have many 64 bit windows with
bzr installed yet.  so far the x32 builds seem to work ok for me on
win64.  I do have memory issues with bzr bit no more with 64 than 32
bits.
