bzr-svn "inconsistent details in skipped record" - what does it mean?

Whilst running a bzr svn-import command, I get very many "inconsistent
details in skipped record" warnings.

What does this actually mean? What could I do to look into it further?

Unfortunately the source svn repository is not public.
