Unable to raise Bazaar Explorer Bug via Launchpad

Hi,

I get the following error when I try and raise a bug using the Bazaar and Bzr-
Explorer launchpad web sites (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bazaar/+filebug) using 
IE8.
