bzr bug id's

What are “the bug IDs” you're referring to? Bazaar tracks versions of a
working tree, and doesn't have any intrinsic concept of a bug ID.

It does have plug-ins for working with Launchpad, and perhaps other bug
tracking systems; but you'll need to be specific about what bug IDs
you're referring to.
