Forward to qbzr-eclipse update site no longer works

It was removed, as everything else there was quite obsolete.  (We
still have the files if anything is needed.)

I've asked for the redirect for this particular subdirectory to just
be put back, which seems to require the least thinking.  If you want
something else, let me know.
