Windows installers (build '-1') have been uploaded. There were no plugin
updates for 2.0.3 vs 2.0.2, but 2.1.0b4-1 includes:
  qbzr goes 0.16 => 0.17
  explorer 0.9.0 => 0.10.0
  tbzr 0.3.2 => 0.4.0
  rewrite 0.5.4-win32-2.1.0b1 => 0.5.4
