please explain the hg plugin

You should be able to use the plugin in the same way that you would use
bzr with non-hg repositories. The same is true for bzr-svn or bzr-git.

bzr-hg is available in Ubuntu as of Lucid. I'm not sure what the chances
are of it ending up in the Windows installer. Several people have
expressed concern over the size of the installer, and including
Mercurial would increase the size even more. Perhaps one of the
installer maintainers can comment on what the policy is for inclusion?
