I had looked at the current launchpad plugin to see what could be done
with that, but it's just re-implemented a small part of the WebService
API necessary to do what it currently does.

And, having written this plugin now, I can see why. The dependencies for
launchpadlib are legion.

I wasn't intending to making a library. However, if you think it could
be useful, I certainly could re-arrange my plugin's code into reusable
library form.
